Deposits & Withdrawals

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, bank transfer and crypto — all settled in rupees.

Everything settles in rupees. There is no currency conversion and no foreign card fee, and the methods listed below are the ones people already use for everything else — UPI, the wallet apps, and ordinary bank transfer.

Deposit methods

Deposit options for accounts registered in India.
Method Speed Minimum Fee
UPI Instant ₹500 None
Paytm Instant ₹500 None
PhonePe Instant ₹500 None
Google Pay Instant ₹500 None
Bank transfer / IMPS / NEFT 5–30 minutes ₹500 None from us; your bank may charge
Crypto — USDT, BTC, ETH On network confirmation Network dependent Network fee only

How to deposit

  1. Sign in and open Deposit in the account menu.
  2. Pick a method and enter an amount of at least ₹500.
  3. Tick the bonus box if you want the welcome match applied — it cannot be attached to a deposit afterwards.
  4. Approve the payment in your UPI or wallet app. Your balance updates the moment the provider confirms it.

Withdrawal methods

Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with wherever the payment network permits it. Where it does not, the money is sent to a verified bank account in your own name.

Typical processing times once identity verification is complete.
Method Typical time Minimum
UPI 10 minutes – 2 hours ₹500
Paytm / PhonePe / Google Pay 30 minutes – 3 hours ₹500
Bank transfer 2 – 24 hours ₹500
Crypto 1 – 4 hours Network dependent

Verification

Licence conditions require us to confirm who holds an account before we pay out. The check is done once and covers every withdrawal after that.

  • Identity — a government-issued photo ID: Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence.
  • Address — a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
  • Payment ownership — occasionally a screenshot confirming the UPI ID or account is yours.

Submit these when you open the account, rather than when you first want to withdraw. Verification is the single most common reason a payout takes longer than it should.

If a payment does not arrive

  1. Check the transaction status in your banking or wallet app first — most delays sit with the payment network rather than with us.
  2. Open Transaction history in your account to see whether the deposit arrived and what state it is in.
  3. If it is still missing after 30 minutes, message live chat with the UTR or reference number from your app. That number is what lets the payments team trace it.

Payment questions

Can someone else deposit into my account?

No. Payments have to come from an account or UPI ID in your own name. Third-party deposits are blocked and sent back, which takes considerably longer than a normal transaction.

Are there fees?

FairPlay charges nothing for deposits or withdrawals on the rupee methods. Your bank or wallet provider may apply a charge of its own, and crypto transfers carry the usual network fee.

Is there a withdrawal limit?

Daily and monthly caps apply, and both are shown on the withdrawal screen. Larger balances can be released in instalments; contact support in advance if you are planning a big payout.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

Yes, as long as it is still pending — the money returns to your balance. Once processed it cannot be recalled. Repeatedly cancelling withdrawals to carry on gambling the money is a habit worth watching in yourself.
